✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE...
* Work closely with the customer (up to UK Logistics Director level) and our DHL operations teams to tackle ongoing service challenges and keep performance on track.
* Maintain accurate, reliable processes to monitor operational service across the entire customer account.
* Bring consistency to reporting, performance reviews, and management information across all customer operations.
* Hold structured monthly sessions with both the customer and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
* Spot opportunities for account development and build a strong pipeline for future growth.
