The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team at Alberts Didsbury – a vibrant, high-volume
neighbourhood restaurant and bar. This is a multi-department role with crossover into restaurant operations, offering a brilliant
opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact across both bar and floor
service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier drinks and hospitality
-Maintain high standards across all bar operations
-Oversee stock management, ordering, line cleaning, and rota planning
-Support restaurant service and collaborate closely with the management team
-Create a fun, engaging and professional atmosphere for both guests and team
What You’ll Get:
-£32,000 salary + approx. £6,000 in tronc
-Full-time position – 48 hours per week across 5 days - must be able to work weekends
