Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical assemblies, be comfortable following technical instructions, and possess or be willing to obtain IPC certification. Experience testing RF equipment, high-power amplifiers, and associated equipment is always a massive plus.
Key Accountabilities
Assemble and build RF distribution products according to technical specifications and instructions.
Perform quality checks and testing on RF equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure that manufacturing processes are of high quality to produce top-notch products.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and test results.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
