The role
You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build matters
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions
You’ll work closely with experienced conveyancers and solicitors, contributing to a well-established team with a strong reputation for quality and client care.
About you
* At least 12-18 months of residential property paralegal experience (essential)
* Confident managing your own files or supporting fee earners, depending on experience level
* Strong communication and client-handling skills
* Organised, proactive and able to work well as part of a team
* Keen to develop your career within a supportive environment
