Your Role:
As an Identity Data Management Instructor - Senior, you’ll deliver dynamic training and innovative solutions to enhance IdDM capabilities across organizations. Your responsibilities include:
5. Designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge courses in all aspects of IdDM.
6. Mentoring and advising future IdDM leaders, while connecting instructional material to real-world application.
7. Supporting National, DoD, Component, and IC-level organizations with expertise in IdDM planning, development, and execution.
8. Leading working groups to innovate, improve, and shape the future of IdDM training.
What You Bring to the Team:
9. TS/SCI with CI Poly required.
10. Education/Experience: A Bachelor's Degree + 16 years of relevant experience OR 20 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
11. Practical Expertise: 6+ years of direct IdDM support, with advanced knowledge of IdDM planning, development, assessments, and life-cycle management.
12. Leadership Skills: Experience in mentoring, managing teams, and providing executive-level briefings.
13. Certifications: Graduate of the Advanced Planner’s Course and Due Diligence Course (or equivalent experience).
14. Communication Pro: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
15. Travel Ready: Must have a valid US passport.
