GSL Education are currently hiring a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join schools in the S5 and S9 areas of Sheffield. As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will help deliver lessons, support pupils with learning needs, and contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment. Main Responsibilities: Support pupils individually or in small groups with learning tasks. Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and activities. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Help prepare resources and maintain an organised classroom. Requirements of Teaching Assistant: Experience working in an educational setting is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, reliable, and proactive approach.
