We are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor to cover key customer contracts across
Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex
*This role is a zero hour contract, must be able to work flexibly.
Pay rate £12.50 per hour*
A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
* Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
* Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
* Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
* Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites
What are we looking for?
* UK Manual Driving Licence
* Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
* IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
