An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, innovative, and highly motivated leader with strategic vision to oversee three sites: Miller & Swann, Buchan, and Deveron, working full time/40 hours a week.
We are looking for a Vet to take on the role of Senior Clinical Director. You will work closely with our Senior Practice Director and Regional Director, acting as a business-wide advocate for our core values, and will consistently challenge and coach colleagues on their implementation. You will embody our values in all aspects of your work and serve as a positive role model.

This role suits a strong leader ready to progress into a Senior Clinical Director, or someone already in a similar position.
In this position, you will travel to the practices, meet the teams, offer support, leadership, and strategic direction. A key focus will be to drive clinical cohesion across the group and the delivery of the P&L.
You will enjoy working with a forward-thinking clinical team comprising veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists, and admin support. The practices have room to grow under the right leader who will develop the team and drive clinical excellence.

This role will support strategic leadership, providing:
* Strong leadership skills to generate high engagement within the team, region, and practices.
* Excellent communication skills to deliver key messages across the hub.
* Collaboration with Regional Director, Regional Clinical Lead, HR, Finance, and support staff.
* Business development knowledge, interpreting financial data and KPIs.
* Ability to identify new services and foster practice and team development.
* Regular practice visits, regional meetings, and collaboration with other Senior Clinical Directors/Practice Directors.
