We're looking for a Pricing Insights/Feedback Analyst to evaluate, interpret, and report on pricing‑related customer feedback. Your insights will directly influence how we enhance customer experience, strengthen our pricing competitiveness, and improve service levels across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
* In this key role, you'll be responsible for:
* Interpreting customer feedback data to identify trends, themes, and areas for improvement.
* Conducting root cause analysis to uncover systemic issues affecting customer experience.
* Recommending clear, actionable improvements to address the root causes of negative feedback.
* Managing and resolving escalated complaints efficiently and in line with SLAs.
* Maintaining accurate records of all escalated complaints.
* Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to implement changes driven by customer insights.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in complaints handling or customer service data analysis/reporting within customer‑facing industries.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain detailed findings clearly and simply.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
* A self‑driven, solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to work at pace.
* Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to finding clarity and solutions.
* A customer‑focused approach with a strong desire to improve customer experience.
* Experience using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
