Key Responsibilities
1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with customers, educating them about products, and building rapport.
4. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and adhering to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty through product launches and data collection.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
