Business Development Manager

Location: Fully Remote - UK

Travel: International travel to the US and Europe (including annual US event)

Compensation: Uncapped commission structure + performance-linked package

What You’ll Be Doing

* Drive new business acquisition across global pharma and biotech markets
* Sell multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, print, webinars and event sponsorship
* Grow and develop an inherited six-figure account portfolio
* Build a high-value pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets


What You’ll Bring

* Minimum 2 years’ B2B media, events or sponsorship sales experience
* Proven success in new business development
* Experience selling multi-platform advertising or demand generation solutions
* Confidence operating autonomously in a remote environment
