Lorien is currently recruiting for a User Adoption Manager to assist our client with from internal mobile initiatives to SAAS implementations.
What you will do in this role is:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive user adoption strategy spanning all five programme streams.
2. Own and manage the communications plan to ensure timely, relevant, and clear messaging across all stakeholders.
3. Act as the central point of contact for engagement, ensuring consistent messaging and user readiness across all workstreams.
4. Work with stakeholders to champion change, identify adoption risks, and build support for new systems/processes.
5. Coordinate and manage any training requirements, whether through internal teams or third-party providers.
The skills required in order to be successful in the position:
6. Previous experience in change management, user adoption, or internal communications roles within large-scale IT transformation programmes.
7. Experience in leading multi-stream adoption efforts across cross-functional teams.
8. Strong track record of designing and executing user engagement and communication strategies.
9. Familiarity with training delivery models and change enablement practices.
10. Experience working in matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.
