Senior Care Assistant – Gainsborough
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience working as a senior care assistant, and a compassionate approach to supporting residents and colleagues.
based in Gainsborough, is a purpose-built residential and nursing home with a warm, homely feel. We provide care and support for older adults, including people living with dementia.

Position Details:
1. Schedule: Rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
2. Shift times: 07:45-20:00
3. Rate of pay: Up to £ per hour, including increments for NVQ 2 and 3
4. Location: Gainsborough, DN21
5. Required: NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care or above
Responsibilities
6. Supervise and support the care team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality care
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
8. Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication management, and nutrition
9. Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns
10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the care environment
11. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
