Location: Secondary SEND Setting Contract: Full-time, OngoingThis is a pastoral-focused 1:1 role supporting a pupil with SEMH and behavioural needs. You’ll act as a consistent presence, helping the pupil manage emotions, reflect on behaviour, and re-engage with learning following incidents.Experience with de-escalation, safeguarding awareness, and a calm, non-judgemental approach are key.
