Based within the South UKI region, this remote role involves developing strategic relationships, driving business growth, and managing complex solution opportunities within clinical markets. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and support the expansion of managed service contracts, oversee tender processes, and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business development and strategic growth of LBS managed service contracts within UKI.
* Develop and manage complex total solution opportunities, including end-to-end tenders and long-term contracts.
* Support sales cycles through presales activities, tenders, and renewal negotiations.
* Create strategies to align with network and laboratory consolidations across the region.
* Engage and influence senior leaders to promote business success.
Minimum Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of NHS Pathology Networks across the UK and Ireland, with relevant sales or account management experience.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills across organizational levels.
* Proven success in cross-functional sales environments, mentoring, and project leadership.
* Ability to travel up to 50%, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Preferred experience includes cellular pathology laboratories, managed service contracts, and formal sales methodologies such as Bluesheet or Value Selling.
