Job Title: Gateline Assistant
As a Gateline Assistant, you will work with the station team to deliver a safe and welcoming experience for all customers.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Being the first point of contact for customers, providing information and assistance with tickets to ensure confident travel.
2. Ensuring the safe operation of ticket gates and managing customer flow during busy times.
3. Assisting with disruptions by directing and informing customers to keep them safe.

Requirements:
* Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Capable of handling repetitive tasks under pressure.
* Excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
* Confident in approaching and talking to new people.
* Passionate about doing the right thing and providing excellent service.
Applicants requiring a visa must have at least 6 months remaining at the time of appointment. Full-time training is provided, and commitment to this is required.
Working Pattern:
Our services operate every day except Christmas Day. You will need to work shifts at all times of the day and week.
Two shift patterns are available, averaging either 25 or 30 hours per week over 5 days.
* Monday - Friday, 0600 - 1100 (25-hour contract)
* Monday - Friday, 1100 - 1700 (30-hour contract)
