IKEA Birmingham is looking to add Food and Beverage Assistants to our friendly and hardworking team.
Role Overview: Working as a Food Co-worker involves preparing meals, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing excellent customer service to create a memorable dining experience.
What We Offer
* Start date: 21st June 2025
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.60
* 12 and 16-hour contracts, working 3-4 days per week, including dayshifts, weekends, and up to 2 late evenings per week. Every 4th weekend off.
* Flexible working arrangements to suit your needs, discussed during interview.

Requirements
* Prior food and customer service experience is a plus but not required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, independent, and team player
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Applicants must be over 18 due to health and safety regulations

* Serving food, handling payments, cleaning, and food preparation
* Creating a positive customer experience by listening and exceeding expectations
