Finance Management Accountant

Full time - Point 14 on the support staff scale - £28,264.
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Management Accountant who will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial support and strategic insight across the Balcarras Trust. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team.
The Balcarras Trust currently comprises three schools: Balcarras, The High School Leckhampton, and Winchcombe School.
The Trust has over 2700 pupils and over 500 staff members. It is an exciting and rewarding time to be working at Balcarras. Ofsted assessed Balcarras as “Outstanding” in every category in 2005, 2009, 2014, and 2025.
