Location: Northern Ireland Salary: Basic £30,000 + OTE Bonus + Commission Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Are you an ambitious, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for home improvements and building materials? Our client is a leading name in the design and manufacture of home improvement products, they value innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service. Overall Purpose of the Role The Commercial Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth and supporting customer needs across Northern Ireland. Youll build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help expand our client's footprint across Northern Ireland. This is a field-based position requiring regular travel. Key Responsibilities Develop new customer accounts and achieve agreed sales targets. Act as the main point of contact for customer sales and service support, ensuring exceptional levels of care. Drive the promotion and sales of their home improvement and building materials product ranges. Support the introduction and growth of their new and own-brand products in NI. Collaborate with the General Manager to meet daily sales objectives and business goals. Provide first-class after-sales support, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention. Contribute to product development initiatives to meet market needs. Knowledge & Experience Required Proven experience in selling building or home improvement materials. A strong track record in developing new business and managing customer relationships. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure. A proactive team player with a professional and approachable manner. Performance Expectations Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Accurate and timely completion of Daily Sales Records (DSRs). Positive customer feedback and high retention levels. Strong collaboration and communication across the business.
