A regional, legal 500 law firm are currently on the lookout for private client solicitors to join their team in South West London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
* Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
* Managing probate and the administration of estates.
* Providing tax planning advice, including inheritance tax.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Keeping up-to-date with legal developments and changes in the private client sector.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
Requirements:
* Qualified Private Client Solicitor with (NQ plus)
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of work.
