It is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping both recruitment and learning across the organisation.
Reporting into the People Partner, the Talent & Learning Advisor will deliver high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, while also taking ownership of learning delivery and compliance. You will lead on attraction, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience, alongside the delivery and facilitation of inductions and mandatory training to ensure colleagues are fully prepared and compliant.
A key focus of the role will be preparing the organisation for audit, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring learning and compliance frameworks are embedded and consistently applied.
