About the Role
AsAssociate Marketing Manager, youll take the lead on integrated campaigns across paid social, email marketing, and landing pages managing substantial campaign budgets and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Youll also mentor a direct report, own campaign performance metrics, and contribute to the businesss strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Own paid social strategy and manage large ad budgets across platforms
Lead client-facing campaign planning and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing assets
Analyse campaign data to maximise ROI and engagement
Ensure all campaigns meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Guide, support, and develop a direct report
Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and outcome
What Were Looking For
To succeed asAssociate Marketing Manager, you will bring:
Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
Confidence managing paid social campaigns
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data and ROI
The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stay calm under pressure
Excellent copywriting, creative, and communication skills
Familiarity with Canva, email marketing tools, and Excel
A degree in marketing, communications, life sciences or related field
Curiosity or interest in the healthcare/life sciences space (not essential)
