The role
I'm seeking a patient and creative art tutor for in-person classes focused on painting techniques. The lessons would be for a single adult student who is returning to art after a long break and wants to build confidence, color theory understanding, and basic composition. I prefer a friendly, structured approach with practical exercises, a short critique at the end of each session, and some at-home practice suggestions. Availability is weekday evenings near central London, and I’d like to start soon if possible. The ideal tutor can bring their own materials or provide a simple, affordable list of supplies. Please include hourly rates and any package deals.
