As a Systems Engineer atCyclone, you’ll be at the core of our service delivery—designing, building, and maintaining the systems and tools that keep our managed services operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do
Managing, maintaining, and optimising software tools used in service delivery—monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, and automation frameworks.
Implementing automation solutions to reduce manual effort and streamline operations.
Ensuring seamless integration of software tools with infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoint management systems.
Maintaining clear and detailed documentation of software systems, configurations, and processes.
Contributing to service improvement plans, focusing on tool enhancements and best practice implementation.
Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software tools and system integrations.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in ICT support, systems administration, or managed services environments.
Strong expertise in managing and maintaining software tools and platforms relevant to MSP operations, with specific experience in ConnectWise Manage, ScreenConnect, NinjaRMM, Auvik and Veeam being advantageous.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, API integrations).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on refining and enhancing systems and tools.
