About The Role

The role is responsible for executing and managing email marketing campaigns across six market locales, including building, testing, and launching campaigns while ensuring timely asset delivery. Additionally, the role supports senior specialists in campaign planning, performance analysis, competitor reporting, and database growth initiatives to optimize email marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

* Owns Email campaign delivery and execution across 6 market locales – builds all Email campaigns in ESP platform for each local market, tests and QA Email campaigns, creates audience segment and builds journey for execution
* Brief EMEA Creative on all email marketing campaign, as planned by Senior Specialist, to deliver against email calendar requirements and campaign objectives
* Responsible for ensuring all assets, imagery and products are delivered within deadlines for the campaign build process
* Supports Email team (Senior Specialists) with planning innovative email marketing campaigns for Men’s and Store Activity, collaborating with partners in Ecommerce, Product and Brand where relevant
* Supports Email team (Senior Specialists) with email performance and competitor reporting and draw actionable insights to help continuously optimize email results
* Support Email team (Senior Specialist) with database growth initiatives, briefing in requirements to EMEA Creative and reporting on performance weekly to drive forward the strategy


Who You Are

* Previous experience with ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud desired), preferably at an agency or DTC retailer with e-commerce focus required (minimum 2 years)
* Ambitious team player with desire to improve and innovate the email channel
* Ability to translate ideas or insights into well-constructed creative briefs.
* Foundational understanding of email marketing, journeys and reporting, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
* Knowledge of email design and best practices
* Understanding of all CRM KPIs, how they are calculated and when to be used across weekly/monthly/quarterly trade meetings
* Demonstrates agility and strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* This is a hybrid role based in Central London, requiring three days in the office.

Your role is classified as hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed at both the SSC office and home office every week.
