We are looking for someone to join our small office team to help us keep our spreadsheets and database organised.
We retail cosmetic ingredients online to people who make cosmetics and soap at home and we are looking for the right candidate to make sure our records are up to date.
There's a variety of responsibilities with this role, from deciding what our pricing should be, to processing payroll. Also included are responsibilities like planning our inventory shipments into Amazon, and purchasing packaging and consumables.
Monday-Friday (fully office based role)
Pay is £13.27 per hour rising to £13.52 per hour after completing a probationary 3 months. There are opportunities to progress further as you grow into the role.
Key responsibilities
* Maintaining the database of orders and deliveries
* Calculating sales prices
* Processing payroll and productivity information
* Planning inventory
* Managing our Amazon compliance
* Processing technical documents
* Checking invoices
* Managing product listings on different sales channels
* Basic accounts spreadsheets
Skills required
* Minimum 1 year office experience
* Great organisation skills
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets
* Familiar with Microsoft Access is an advantage
* Must be reliable, honest, have a positive outlook and can manage your own time effectively
* Ability to prioritise your work load
