Focus 5 Recruitment are looking to recruit a Social Media Content Creator for a fast growing D2C digital brands in the UK.

As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for owning their strategy for varied social channels. You will understand how to drive revenue through social media and assist in developing new services and managing campaigns to ensure ongoing success for their ecommerce sites across their different brands.
Key Responsibilities for the Social Media Content Creator:
Content Production & Delivery
Create and roll out compelling content across key social platforms, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok. This includes short-form video, static visuals and story-led content.
Film, edit and produce premium-quality photo and video assets for both organic posts and paid campaigns.
Oversee customer and influencer shoots, making sure all visuals meet brand and quality standards.
Community Growth
Build meaningful, two-way engagement with our audience, encouraging loyalty and turning followers into active supporters of the Smile Kitchens brand.
Influencer Strategy & Management
Research and connect with creators who reflect our brand positioning and values, driving referral traffic and revenue with clear return on investment.
Coordinate influencer collaborations from initial idea through to delivery, ensuring outputs achieve measurable commercial impact.
Brand Collaborations
Lead joint initiatives and partnership campaigns with aligned brands to expand reach and increase audience engagement.
Social Campaign Planning
Design and deliver impactful social campaigns aligned to seasonal moments and emerging kitchen design trends.
Analytics & Optimisation
Track performance across content and campaigns, translating data into clear recommendations to continuously improve results.
Commercial Alignment
Ensure all social media activity supports broader business objectives, contributing to brand awareness, website traffic and conversions.
Experience we need for the Social Media Manager role:
Proven ability to grow channels and scale brands strategically, (rather than just someone who has experience in creating content and managing social platforms).
A proven track record of delivering successful social media and influencer campaigns with measurable results.
Hands-on experience managing key social platforms, including content creation and performance tracking.
Experience working with influencers to drive brand engagement.
Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in video editing and photography, with the ability to create visually compelling content that drives engagement.
This role is full time office based just outside of Blackburb. They have first class office space with an ambitious and hungry team who are well rewarded with things like team nights out and even overseas, fully expensed trips.
