Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our primary school in Hillingdon, working within a small inclusion unit consisting of two classrooms. The unit supports pupils with a range of special educational needs and provides a nurturing, structured environment while promoting inclusion within the wider school community. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, personalised learning to help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities * Plan, deliver, and assess tailored learning programmes for pupils within the inclusion unit, aligned with the National Curriculum and EHCP outcomes * Teach small groups and individual pupils across the two-classroom inclusion unit * Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH * Create a calm, supportive, and engaging learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and independence * Work closely with teaching assistants to effectively support learning and wellbeing * Monitor pupil progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reviews, reports, and assessments * Collaborate with the SENCo, class teachers, and external professionals to ensure consistency and inclusion across the school * Support pupils’ reintegration into mainstr...
