Job Title: Head of New Business (Estate Agency)
Location: St Albans and surrounding areas
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 basic + OTE £55,000 - £60,000 in Year 1 (with potential to exceed £70,000 in Y2 depending on performance)

About the Role
Our client, a leading independent estate agency with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of New Business to join their thriving team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and representing a respected brand at the heart of the local community.
The Head of New Business will play a pivotal role in generating new valuation opportunities across both sales and lettings, whilst actively promoting the brand and company ethos of being the number one property agency that always puts customers and clients' needs at the heart of all business activity.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities from the existing database, across sales and lettings.
Generate new business from promotional and targeted local campaigns
Conduct property valuations for sales and lettings.
Manage a full sales funnel of prospective opportunities though to instruction
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the company's ethos and values are represented at every stage.
Build strong relationships within the local community, proactively engaging to promote the business.
Educate and support buyers and sellers, Landlords, Investors and tenants - always coming from a place of contribution and service.
Proactively bring in new instructions, securing opportunities through trust, credibility, and professionalism.
Maintain an applicant list, ensuring excellent client engagement and follow-up.
As a secondary focus, proactively sell and let property to maximise opportunities.

Package:
Basic salary of £28,000 - £35,000 DOE
