HSEQ Manager Location: Hertfordshire (with travel across London, South UK, and occasional wider UK coverage) Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 (DOE) + £5,000 Car Allowance Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are working on behalf of our client, a growing and dynamic FM & Project Delivery company, who are seeking a proactive and hands-on SHEQ Manager to join their team. This is a newly available opportunity ideal for a junior to mid-level SHEQ professional looking to step into a pivotal role with both strategic and operational responsibility. This is a split role (approx. 50/50 office and site-based), overseeing SHEQ across both the Facilities Management (FM) and Project Delivery divisions. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all SHEQ-related activities across both FM and Project sites. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards, procedures, and regulations. Conduct site inspections and audits, particularly at project initiation and as required for issue resolution. Work across FM & Project Delivery contracts (mainly London & South-based office buildings - M&E Maintenance).
