Job Description

We’re looking for a HR & Projects Coordinator (18‑month FTC) to join our HR team.


Hybrid

Work 4 days on site (Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City or Redditch) and 1 day working from home.


Key Responsibilities

Support key HR & Benefits Project work:

* HR Initiatives: Performance Development Review Cycle, Employee Survey Launches, and design and rollout of HR System and Process updates.
* Benefits Projects: Supporting Annual Salary Review, launching Fleet initiatives, working closely with our Fleet Manager.
* Deliver the HR Communications plan.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is motivated by supporting business‑critical activities and project delivery. Sika will fund a qualification during the 18‑month FTC in HR, Benefits, or Project Management.


Requirements

* CIPD Level 5 Qualified or equivalent.
* Further HR or business‑related qualifications desirable.
* At least 2 years HR experience.
* A minimum of Level 5/B in GCSE or equivalent – Maths & English.
* Right to work and reside in the UK.
* Professional, self‑motivated, confident outlook.
* Strong coordination, time‑management, and data skills (Excel reporting).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Numerical proficiency.
* Accountability and delivery focus.

Additional Information

* Location: Commute to one of the Sika sites – Leeds, Preston, Redditch, or Welwyn Garden City.
* Hybrid role (1 day per week home working).
* 18‑month FTC with potential to join Sika permanently.
* 37.5 hours per week.
