Hampton Castle is one of the UK's most atmospheric castle wedding venues.
Formerly known as Hampton Court Castle Estate, our recent rebrand returns us to our roots and marks a new chapter. With 600 years of history and 25 castle bedrooms, Hampton Castle offers exclusive-use, multi-day celebrations with an innovative tech-driven planning experience. Backed by significant new investment, our vision is to establish Hampton Castle as one of the UK's leading destination wedding venues for international couples.

* Sales – Own the enquiry-to-booking journey, managing the CRM, and working with the wider team to convert domestic and international enquiries.
* Systems – Take ownership of the CRM and marketing tech stack, simplifying processes and working with data to drive decision-making.
* Team – Recruit and manage an initial Marketing Coordinator, work closely with the Wedding Team, and build the team further as we grow.
What you'll need
* Strong background in marketing with proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality or an adjacent industry.
* Exceptional CRM and digital marketing skills, with confidence in using data and automation to improve results.
* Commercially sharp, target-driven, and motivated by growth.
* Highly organised with the ability to simplify processes, apply technology and make things happen.
