About the role
Are you an experienced CRM professional ready to lead CRM innovation and drive data-led engagement across a dynamic organisation? We're looking for a CRM Manager to lead the development, optimisation, and strategic use of our Salesforce platform, helping to enhance customer experiences, support sales and marketing efforts, and enable smarter decision-making across teams.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning Salesforce CRM capabilities with business goals, acting as both a system expert and a trusted partner to colleagues across departments. You'll manage platform configuration, drive adoption, ensure data integrity, and lead CRM projects that have a real impact across the College.
What you would be doing
* Defining and delivering CRM strategies that support business objectives
* Leading Salesforce configuration, administration, and development
* Supporting users through training, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance
* Ensuring high standards of data quality, reporting, and dashboarding
* Managing CRM-related projects and integrations with other key systems
What we are looking for
* Proven experience managing and customising Salesforce CRM
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce tools (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
* Familiarity with CRM integrations and tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp or Pardot
* Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Flow Builder
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
