Role Overview
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor supports stakeholders to achieve high HS&W performance. You will work closely with the Regional HS&W team, project teams, and supply chain members, providing advice and support to management, employees, and partners, fostering collaboration with the client team.
Essential Requirements
* Member of IOSH
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* Strong leadership skills
* Experience supporting complex Construction or Civil Engineering projects
* Ability to apply root cause analysis
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Proven success in leading HS&W improvements
* Proactive learning attitude
Desirable Qualifications
* Chartered IOSH member
* NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 in Occupational Health and Safety
* Mental Health First Aider
* Understanding of behavioural psychology and human factors
* Environmental qualification
