Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Be the Backbone of the Sales Machine
Support our fast-growing team with strong admin skills
Prepare quotes, manage customer accounts, and process orders efficiently
Schedule demos and meetings that drive real results
Understand or quickly learn the basics of smart cameras, security systems, and tech platforms
Communicate clearly with customers and team members about product features
Help connect the dots between technical detail and sales opportunity
CRM + Insights = Your Playground
Keep our CRM accurate, organised, and fully up to date
Pull reports, track trends, and support smarter sales decisions
Use tech tools to streamline the way we sell
Be the Human Touch
Deliver clear, confident communication with customers
Respond to enquiries, follow up proactively, and help resolve issues quickly
Help us build a standout reputation for customer care
What You Bring:
Experience in admin, sales support, or tech/customer service
Understanding (or strong interest in learning) CCTV, camera systems, or security technology
Organisational skills that bring calm to the chaos
Familiarity with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools
A collaborative attitude and proactive mindset
Strong communication and people skills
Bonus Points For:
Experience in the security or tech industry
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Background in business, IT, or a sales-related field
