SDR Team Manager
We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective will be to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy and a rigorous work ethic.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound leads and develop outbound outreach strategies for a global tech company.
* Lead and mentor a team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, fostering growth, performance, and career advancement.
* Maintain a multi‑million dollar customer pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth.
* Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to support sales, alliances and product teams.
Qualifications
* Excellent academic results at school and university.
* Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
* Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology.
* Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
* Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific.
* Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration.
* Leadership experience in any form.
* Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
