Operate successfully within a structured, 'always-on' new business engine powered by a world-class CRM system (HubSpot).

Adopt a proactive, strategic mindset to uncover hidden revenue streams and validate opportunities directly with key budget holders and senior decision makers.
Consult & Advise:
Guide clients consultatively, capturing growth pipelines and actively avoiding the commoditised 'printer mentality'.
Collaborate to Win:
Champion a team-orientated approach, working across departments to seamlessly deliver complex, integrated campaigns for major blue-chip customers, intermediaries, and specialist agencies.
About You
* A proven track-record of success in a B2B new business development environment
* Experience in selling Marketing Services, Intelligent Print, SaaS, or complex Managed Solutions
* A highly consultative approach with the ability to confidently engage with all stakeholders
* A digital-native mindset, comfortable leveraging tech and data to build high-value, long-term partnerships
