Job Description:
The Grant Thornton Digital Audit Team provides top-tier digital products, services, and skills to enable future auditors to set industry standards for professional services, leveraging digital, data, and technology to be the leading practice for audit quality, client service, and operational excellence.
The Digital Audit Assistant Manager will be responsible for narrating the DAT’s story and guiding the practice through digital transformation.
A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager in our Change Hub, you will:
* Manage stakeholder activities across UK audit teams, promoting digital audit benefits and gathering feedback to improve digital offerings.
* Set goals with Digital Audit Champions, ensuring accountability and expanding the Digital Audit Network.
* Implement the Digital Audit communication strategy via SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, and training sessions.
* Work with the DAT Training Hub to improve digital learning infrastructure.
* Support the DAT Knowledge Hub to ensure access to high-quality resources for efficient, high-standard audits.
* Collaborate across teams to keep knowledge, communication, and training relevant and up-to-date.
* Take on additional responsibilities to meet DAT’s strategic goals.
