IBA Account Handler – 6 Month FTC
Bolton | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
Competitive salary + 10% pension + bonus + PMI

Comfortable managing your own ledger, chasing debt, allocating cash and producing MI?
I’m working with a well-known London Market business who are looking for an experienced IBA Account Handler to join on a 6-month FTC.
This is a solid opportunity to join a structured, well-run team with strong systems and clear processes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of IBA client accounts
* Credit control & debt collection within agreed terms
* Cash allocation & investigation of unmatched items
* Processing payments (claims & return premiums)
* Producing accurate MI on ledger performance
* Sending statements & chasing outstanding queries
* Monitoring client money payments
* Working in line with FCA CASS 5 rules
* Liaising with underwriters, brokers & internal teams
You’ll need previous IBA experience and be comfortable working across ledgers with minimal supervision.
Websure knowledge would be a bonus.
