To support our continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Bid & Tender Centre — a strategic and forward-thinking leader who will build, develop and future-proof our central bid function. This is a high-profile leadership role that will shape how we win work, strengthen client retention and support the Kingdom Group’s national growth strategy. What You Will Lead & Deliver As our Head of Bid & Tender Centre, you will: • Establish and lead a centralised Bid & Tender Centre of Excellence • Own the end-to-end tendering process across the Group • Produce compliant, compelling and solution-focused submissions • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing bid professionals • Drive innovation, process excellence and continuous improvement • Strengthen bid governance, templates, systems and tender frameworks • Embed AI-enabled tools and modern bid management practices • Oversee bid / no-bid decision processes • Maintain and develop a high-quality tender response library • Provide board-level reporting, insights and pipeline visibility • Collaborate across operations, commercial and central support teams This role will act as a key growth engine for the Kingdom Group, ensuring we consistently present winning, high-quality bids across both public and private sectors.
