What we need from you as a 2 nd Line IT Support Technician: 2yearsexperience as a 2 nd Line IT Support Technician Able to thrive in a fast-pacedMSPworld, and understand the importance of customer satisfaction Strong skills in core Microsoft technology, including AD configuration, Group Policy, Hyper-V and Azure AD Knowledge in Network Defence, including Firewalls, security knowledge, Web Filtering, End-Point &MFAconfiguration A good understanding ofHyperV, Cloud and Internet Technologies Full UK driving license and your own car in order to do some work onsite Have strong skills in Microsoft Server and Cloud technologies Have excellent analytical skills and a determination to work through problems Responsibilities and duties: Dealing with mainly 2 nd line technical support issues and some 3 rd line support issues raised through the helpdesk Visits as required to customer sites to provide Technical Support or Incident Response Providing Systems, Network & Firewall Support Providing a pro-active response toNOCandSOCdetections in customer systems Visits as required to customer sites to provide Technical Support or Incident Response Salary/package: £28,000 -£35,000 per annum.
