DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Transport Manager to coordinate our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your duties, maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Be accountable for the safe, legal, and efficient execution of transport operations, holding the CPC on the operator license.
* Manage the transport P&L and ensure transport plans meet SLA's/KPI's.
* Lead the transport team through effective leadership, communication, and development, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and compliance.
* Ensure driver and fleet compliance with legal standards and DHL policies.
* Own and ensure compliance with Engineering Operational Performance Reviews.
* Maintain H&S accountability for the site and driver teams.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

* International CPC is essential.
* Experience with TMS systems such as Paragon, Microlise, Tachomaster is essential; Quintiq experience is desirable.
* IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills.
* Previous experience in Transport Management.
