Red Recruitment is recruiting a Retentions Agent in Tewkesbury to join our client, an award-winning, fast-growing company working with some of the UK's leading brokers. You will be responsible for carrying out a minimum of 60 inbound and outbound calls, per day, dealing with all existing customers, with a view to maximising renewal/retentions levels.
You must be open and cooperative with the FCA, the PRA and other regulators.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time

Location: TewkesburyKey Responsibilities of a Retentions Agent:
Communicating with existing customers, to quote for their renewal, prioritising in line with renewals dates and managing your pipeline effectively
Maintaining accurate and timely records, files, and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with our Data Protection requirements
Achieving key retention metrics as outlined and agreed with your line manager
Providing an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and ensuring their requirements are satisfied
Dealing with cancellation calls, with a view to retaining customers, using objection handing techniquesKey Skills and Experience of a Retentions Agent:
Experience in sales or renewals would be advantageous
Being organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks is required
Having excellent communication skills with proven attention to detail is essential
Ideally, you will be familiar with utilising CRM systems (Salesforce, Instanda, Xero experience would be advantageous)If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills required, please apply now!
