Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Snodland
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and Friday (7:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
Responsibilities
* Work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment
* Using a range of power tools
* Operate at various stations along the production line
* Maintain a tidy and safe work area to ensure smooth operations
* Report any quality assurance issues to the team leader
* Perform a variety of tasks including packing, palletising, painting, and assembling

Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience in a Production Operative or similar role is desirable
* Previous experience using power tools
* Ability to follow strict Health & Safety protocols is essential
* Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
* Fast learner with the ability to acquire new skills quickly
* Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines
