About the Role
* Provide expert SAP Finance application support, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.
* Collaborate with internal developers and external consultants to deliver technical solutions.
* Support end users with training and guidance to maximise system adoption.
* Stay ahead of the curve through training, industry events, and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong SAP Finance experience, ideally within FMCG.
* Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles and Finance business processes.
* Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving and decision‑making ability.
