Due to continued growth and investment, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced 30T Dumper Driver to join our team at our Barton site, Barton Quarry Industrial Estate, Barton, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6NF on a full-time, permanent basis.

What we are looking for
Key Responsibilities:
· Operating a 30T dumper safely and efficiently
· Transporting materials across site in line with project requirements
· Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting any defects
· Coordinating with site management, supervisors, and other plant operators
· Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
· Assisting with site logistics and ensuring materials are delivered to the correct locations
· Maintaining equipment cleanliness and performing basic maintenance where necessary
· Recording work activities accurately and reporting progress or issues
· Supporting a team-focused approach to achieve project goals efficiently
Requirements:
· Proven experience operating a 30Tdumper on large-scale sites
· Relevant CPCS/NPORS certification (with CSCS where applicable)
· Strong awareness of site health, safety, and environmental procedures
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and liaise with site management
· Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
· Ability to carry out daily plant checks and report defects promptly
· Flexible and adaptable to changing site requirements
About the Job
Various shift patterns will be required, including weekends. Good rates of pay, regular overtime, and benefits offered, with an immediate start available.
