The role
As a CAFM Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our asset maintenance operations, supporting the management and optimisation of our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. This is a dynamic and impactful role where your work will directly support the Royal Navy and the Ministry of Defence, helping ensure the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.
Day-to-day, you'll be part of a collaborative team that maintains essential data, delivers insightful reports, and provides training to users across the business. * Managing and maintaining asset records within the CAFM system
* Producing and controlling maintenance schedules to meet contractual and regulatory requirements
* Supporting stakeholders with data analysis and reporting using Crystal Reports
* Delivering tailored training to system users, including new starters and refresher sessions
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve maintenance strategies and compliance
Essential experience of the CAFM Support Engineer:
* Using CAFM systems or managing software/database records
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Experience with Crystal reporting tools (desirable)
* Delivering systems training to users (desirable)
* Working with SharePoint for data management (desirable)
Qualifications
* Educated to Level 3 in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) – e.g. A Level or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
