They are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services.
The Role:
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with Partners and Directors to drive the firm’s tax strategy while supporting the development of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance for a varied client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates.
2. Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies and risk mitigation.
3. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance to ensure their development.
4. Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
5. Assist with HMRC enquiries and negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
7. Drive business development initiatives, supporting the growth of the firm’s tax services.
