We’re recruiting for a Billings Administrator to join a fast-growing telecoms company that prides itself on delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers across the UK. The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billings Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided. Responsibilities * Creating new accounts on the billing platform. * Accurately processing and managing customers’ monthly billing cycles. * Maintaining and updating customer accounts to ensure all data is current and correct. * Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies within agreed timeframes. * Completing daily billing reports. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll need: * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Strong numerical and analytical abilities. * Great communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in [insert relevant software, e.g., Excel, billing platforms. * Previous experience in a similar role (billing or finance) is advantageous.
