Executive Assistant – Office Manager

On‑site role based 5 days a week at the Leatherhead, Surrey office with some travel required for events.

Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, 9‑5:30pm with flexibility to work out of hours if required.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage CEO communications (including letter correspondence and emails) and support internal communications as required, including all team member meetings such as the monthly Townhall.
* Manage Senior Leadership Team action list, ensuring regular updates and key programmes of work; own individual projects as required.
* Specific data gathering and analysis for CEO on specific requests and CEO scoped investigations.
* Prepare dynamic and engaging content and presentations, including video links, animated PowerPoint presentations and video production.
* Organise and support events as needed to foster an effective collaborative work environment.
* Cover and support other office admin roles as needed.


Requirements

* 5+ years’ experience in an administrative and/or personal/executive assistant role.
* Office management experience, particularly working at a reception desk.
* Experience with office set‑up and moves highly advantageous.
* Experience working with Board/Executive teams and managing Board calendars and meetings (including minutes and action taking), highly desirable.
* Self‑starter, able to work independently with a proactive approach while also a team player.
* Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills.
* Events and company communications experience, advantageous.
* Demonstrates discretion, can maintain confidentiality and is trustworthy.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulators.
